The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Government of National Unity, Najla Al-Manqoush, met on Monday with the German ambassador to Libya, Oliver Owcza to discuss Germany’s support for the general elections, along with other issues regarding the withdrawal of all foreign forces from Libyan soil.

Al-Manqoush’s meeting with Owcza came as part of German interests in Libya in supporting the total exit of all foreign forces and mercenaries from the country and to lay strong foundations to reach the elections on December 24, according to a report by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Owcza expressed on his Twitter account his hopes and expectations for the best method to support the general elections and the withdrawal of all foreign forces, noting that he also discussed with the Minister ways to improve the management of immigration in regard to the legitimate interests and rights of all concerned.
