The Libyan Foreign Minister Najla Al-Mangoush called for a dialogue that represents all Libyans across the country because selecting leaders who don't represent the people could worsen the crisis.

Al-Mangoush said at a regional security conference in Manama, Bahrain, that Libya is going through tough times and is still suffering from foreign interference that escalates lack of security and stability inside Libya and in the region.

The Libyan Foreign Minister said building peace in the country at this stage requires a change in all aspects.
