The United Nations Development Program (UNDP) said it had contributed to helping many women in Libya to create jobs.

"With the support of the UNDP, the European Union and Tatweer Research, Fatima Nasr has succeeded in developing an online platform to enable women to market and sell their home cooking," the UNDP tweeted out on its account.

The United Nations has announced that the UNDP in Libya is committed to supporting efforts to stabilize the critical transition period, from humanitarian relief to sustainable development and democratic governance, in addition to assisting the democratic transition in Libya and empowering the Libyan civil society, as well as enhancing the transitional justice process in the country.
