The Libyan Ambassador to Italy, Omar Al-Tarhouni has held a meeting at the embassy's HQ in Rome, to discuss the preparations for the start of the 2020-2021 academic year, in accordance with the health regulations related to the Coronavirus pandemic.

The meeting was attended by the academic attaché "Muhammad bin Ghalboun and the head of the Libyan School in Rome, according to a statement by the Libyan embassy in Rome.

The embassy explained on Facebook that the meeting, touched upon the school plan, settling the teachers ’salaries, and the measures put in place to protect the health and safety of students and teachers.

The Libyan Embassy in Rome announced that the Libyan school in Rome will start classes on the first of October next.
