The Libyan Cycling Federation announced that they will hold Libya Championship in November with the participation of fifty cyclists, representing fourteen clubs from across the country, to select the best cyclists to represent Libya abroad.

The Chairman of the Technical Committee of the Cycling Federation, Mohammed Al-Toumi, said that the rules for the championship have been set up and the roads were chosen.

He added that when choosing the roads all problems were taken into consideration, including the security situation.

The Libyan cycling team will participate in the Arab Championship in Egypt at the end of November.
