The Libyan Army said on Friday that Haftar militias planted booby trap mines in the homes of innocent civilians south of Tripoli.

The Army also warned civilians not to return to their homes immediately after the liberation of their areas and to wait for the clearing of mines and the issuing of instruction for an ‘all clear’ from the Army operations room.

This warning came after the Ministry of Health announced that three innocent civilians were killed in the Salah Al-Din and Al-Hadba areas, as a result of exploding ‘booby trap mines’ in their homes, having returned to inspect the damage to their premises after the liberation of their areas.
