The General Authority for Communications and Informatics (GACI) is taking part in the World Telecommunication Development Conference (WTDC-17) in Buenos Aires, Argentina, from 9 to 20 October.
The GACI said in its website that participants are expected to vote on supporting the telecommunications sector in Libya as well as evaluating the sector in order to establish appropriate institutions, build human capacity, develop telecommunications legislation and harness ICT for social development in Libya.
