The Mediterranean Dialogue Forum will be held in the Italian capital, Rome, from 2-4 December, with the participation of high-level officials in the governmental, academic, media, and business sectors.

The forum's goal is to formulate a new positive agenda that addresses common challenges at the regional and international levels.

Libya's Prime Minister Abdel Hamid Dbeibah is also joining the event, besides the head of the United Nations Support Mission in Libya Jan Kubis and former UN envoy to Libya Stephanie Williams.

The Mediterranean Dialogue Forum focuses on security and economic transformations in the Middle East and North Africa region.
