Presidential Council member Ahmed Mitig met on Sunday with the deputy foreign minister and the president envoy of the Philippines and the Chargé d'affaires in Tripoli.
The officials discussed mutual relations including more cooperation in health sector and thus allowing Filipinos to work in different Libyan areas as needed.
