The Libyan Minister of Labour and Rehabilitation, Ali Al-Abed, discussed with his Omani counterpart, Mahad bin Saeed, mechanisms for developing cooperation between the two countries.

On the sidelines of the General Assembly of the Arab Administrative Development Organization meeting in Cairo, the two parties explored avenues for launching joint training and rehabilitation programs, especially in the administrative and financial fields.

A statement by the Labour Ministry said it aims to enhance the role and efficiency of state institutions and benefit from the Omani experience in department restructuring, labor inspection, and labour accommodation.

Minister Al-Abed stressed the importance of exchanging experiences between the two countries, emphasizing that their meeting would open up prospects for communication between Libya and Oman.
