Libya was ranked 186 out of 190 countries worldwide in the World Bank's Doing Business 2019 report.

The report measures state performance on trade regulations and protection of property rights.

Libya dropped one place in the ranking since last year and is among the bottom 5 on the ranking table, followed by Yemen, Venezuela, Eritrea and Somalia, the research results showed.
