The Libyan national football team drew Angola 1-1 on Tuesday at Benina Martyrs stadium in Benghazi at the sixth and final round of CAF group six qualifiers for Qatar 2022 World Cup.

Though the game would have added nothing to the chances of both teams, Libya played well and scored the first goal of the match from the spot, but a terrible defense mistake allowed Angola to even the score at the last minutes.

Egypt topped the group and qualified for the next round of World Cup qualifiers, while Gabon, which lost its final qualifier game to Egypt, came second on goal difference. Libya came third with seven points and Angola fourth with five points.
