Libya and Turkey signed on Friday a cooperation agreement between the two ministries of health on the sidelines of the visit of the Presidential Council Head, Fayez Sarraj to Istanbul.
Sarraj and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan attended the signing ceremony, which provided for cooperation at the highest level between the two ministries.
The agreement also provides for a review of the debts owed by the Libyan state with respect to the treatment of patients in preparation to pay the obligations related to this file.
