The Libyan Centre for Remote Sensing and Space Sciences (LCRSSS) has organized an online course on agricultural land and water sustainability as part of the center’s activities.
The course targeted those involved in the project, as well as local partners from ministries, agencies, and institutions, a statement by the centre said.
The training course which is organized in cooperation with the "Sahel and Sahara Observatory", focused on the scientific methods of combating desertification to promote sustainable land-use that would allow the production of more food crops.
