The Chargé d'Affairs of the Japanese Embassy in Libya, Masaaki Amadera, has expressed his happiness at the near completion of the logistical arrangements to resume his work from Tripoli.

This came during his meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Government of National Unity (GNU), Najla Al-Manqoush, in the presence of the Libyan Chargé d'Affairs to Japan, Ahmed Al-Naas.

According to a statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Amadera praised the GNU efforts for enhancing stability and imposing security in Libya, commending the increase in oil production and gas pumping, which had been suspended for the past period, and the selection of Ahmed Al-Naas as acting charge d'affaires in Japan.
