The Italian Embassy in Tripoli signed an agreement with the Director of UNICEF in Libya, Abdulrahman Ghandour, on Monday to improve the situation of the most vulnerable children in the country.

The Italian Ambassador to Libya, Giuseppe Perrone, stated in a tweet on his embassy’s account that work is continuing in an effort to provide support to the less protected children.

The agreement will provide a safer environment for children through better health services and greater learning opportunities.

The Italian ambassador revealed his country's 1.5 million donation to build a stronger and more capable youth to aid solve problems and overcome difficulties in Libya.
