Italian Prime Minister, Mario Draghi has stressed during his speech before the Italian Senate, the importance of achieving effective political stability in Libya.
Draghi pointed out that his country's borders must be protected from the smuggling of African people to it, stressing that the European Union should pay attention to the privacy of the southern maritime borders.
