Italian Foreign Minister, Enzo Milanesi said Friday that the attack launched by Khalifa Haftar on the capital Tripoli has revived terrorism, which Haftar claimed its elimination.

In a hearing before the Italian House of Representatives devoted to the Libyan issue, Milanesi said that the attack provoked a disturbance in the security situation in Libya.

"The advance of Haftar's forces towards Tripoli has entered an utter stalemate between "back and forth"," Milanesi explained, pointing out to the alarming numbers of civilian casualties caused by this attack.
