The Italian Foreign Minister, Angelino Alfano, stated on Tuesday that Libya is in need of the presence of a unified security force, under the authority of the Presidential Council and subject to civilian authorities, to fight ISIS group.

Alfano, according to the Italian news agency AKI, said that his country is awaiting with full interest the Libyan road map to be presented by the UN envoy to Libya, Ghassan Salame, to the United Nations on September 20.
