The International Organization for Migration (IOM) said it had resumed flights to repatriate illegal migrants in Libya after the cessation of hostilities in Tripoli.

The IOM clarified in a statement on Facebook that it had repatriated 21 Ghanaian migrants from Libya in the past few days through Mitiga International Airport, pointing out that the number of migrants wishing to return to their countries of origin has risen because of the latest clashes in Tripoli.
