The International Organization for Migration (IOM) said that it had provided humanitarian assistance, including mattresses, blankets, and hygiene kits to 60 families from the city of Tawergha, in cooperation with UN agencies and local charities.

The families were residing in Al-Falah camp in Tripoli before being evicted by force by an armed group.

Meanwhile, displaced families from Tawergha continue to return to their town where government authorities are seeking to rehabilitate the city's facilities in order to be able to accommodate more families returning to their homes.
