The Minister of Interior, Khaled Mazen has discussed with the Chairman of the High National Elections Commission (HNEC), Imad Al-Sayeh, the latest preparations for the upcoming elections scheduled for the 24th of December 2021.
During the meeting, which was held at the Ministry's HQ, the two sides discussed cooperation between the Ministry and the HNEC, in addition to the ministry's role in securing the electoral process the voters and the ballot boxes.
They also reviewed the necessary security conditions to create for the HNEC's work in order to succeed the elections.
