The Ministry of Interior has announced that the border crossings between Libya and Tunisia will be reopened starting from Friday, at 7:00 am.

The ministry confirmed in a statement on its official page on Thursday, that the reopening of the crossings came based on the conclusions of the meetings of the Libyan and Tunisian joint security and health ministerial committees, which were held on Wednesday, in Tunisia.

It also noted all citizens of the need to fully adhere to the agreed health protocol to confront the Coronavirus pandemic for the safety of the two brotherly peoples and to facilitate the movement of individuals and goods between the two countries.
