Interior Minister Fathi Bashagha issued a decision Tuesday forming a committee to investigate the killing of Khalifa Al-Akrout, who died of his wounds after being beaten while on duty inside Shakshuk Power Station.
Bashagha called on the committee to take all legal procedures in coordination with the competent security directorate, according to the ministry's Media Office.
Al-Akrout died of his wounds in a clinic in Tunisia after being beaten by an outlawed armed group, for cutting power feeding lines to Jadu town, for maintenance purpose.
