Militias of warlord Khalifa Haftar targeted Monday Salah Eddin neighbourhood south of Tripoli with artillery shelling causing damage to a number of houses in the area.
"Haftar's militias launched an indiscriminate missile attack on civilian homes in Salah Eddin neighbourhood as well as targeting a number of farms in Swani district, where the shelling continued until late at night," the Information Office of the Volcano of Rage Operation confirmed on Facebook.
The office published images showing part of the damage caused to homes and private property.
Also on Monday, A warplane belonging to warlord Haftar’s air force struck Ibn Nafis Hospital Salah Eddin neighbourhood in Tripoli with no reports of casualties.
