The International Criminal Court (ICC) has stated that it is in the process of issuing a new report on Libya, to be submitted by the new Prosecutor of the British Court, Karim Khan.

The ICC stated in its official Twitter account that Khan will present his office’s 22nd report on the situation in Libya to the United Nations (UN) on November 23.

Khan was sworn in as the new Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, succeeding his predecessor Fatou Bensouda, however, Khan is no stranger to the ICC as it is worth noting that one of his previous positions was as a defense lawyer for Saif Gaddafi, in the same court of justice.
