The International Criminal Court (ICC) Prosecutor, Karim Khan, will brief the UN Security Council on the situation in Libya on Wednesday, November 9, via video conference from Tripoli, the ICC says.

Upon his arrival in Tripoli on Saturday, the ICC prosecutor convened a series of meetings that kicked-started with the Presidential Council's Head, Muhammad Menfi, the minister of justice, and the UN Head of mission in Libya, Abdoulaye Bathily.

The following day, Khan met the Military Prosecutor of the Ministry of Defence, Major General Masoud Arhouma, in the presence of several military prosecutors.
