The Hungarian Ambassador to Libya, Béla Marton, has declared that his country is ready to receive and treat Libyan patients in Hungary and to organize visits by a number of Hungarian doctors to provide treatment services within Libya including the public and private sectors.

In his meeting with Ambassador Marton in Tripoli, the Minister for Health, Omar Tahir, welcomed Hungarian cooperation and stated that there are other files that could be worked on like emergency visas for medical patients and efforts to bring Hungarian doctors to work in Libya.

Marton invited Tahir to visit his country and to be more precise about what his state can offer in regards to cooperation between the two countries on health issues.
