Human Rights Solidarity (HRS) has raised doubts about Dignity Operation’s ability to conduct an impartial investigation with serial killer Mahmoud Al-Werfalli, citing the possibility that some of the Dignity Operation leaders may have been involved in inciting crimes committed by Al-Werfalli.

In a statement, the HRS said it doesn’t expect a full and just investigation into Al-Werfalli’s case, noting that neither Khalifa Hafter nor the House of Representatives issued any statement or took any action to condemn his killing videos.

The statement called on the Presidential Council to cooperate with the International Criminal Court in order to achieve justice by handing him over as soon as possible.
