The head of the Dialogue Committee of the House of Representatives (HoR), Abdul Salam Nasiya, said that the ball is in the court of the High Council of State (HCS) to vote on the mechanism of choosing the Presidential Council (PC).
"All eyes are on the HCS at its next session to vote on the mechanism for the selection of the PC, which was officially passed to them and to the UN Mission. This mechanism is the result of a long dialogue between members of the HoR and the HCS,” Nasiya tweeted out Saturday.
He stressed that they are confident that the HCS will take the right decision and set the country on the election path.
