Spokesman of the House of Representatives (HoR) Abdullah Bliheeq said the law of the referendum on the constitution is ready at the legislative committee, saying the committee is the one entitled to present it to the HoR for voting.
He added that the committee is working on finalizing the law and there are no problems hindering their work. Bliheeq added that the work is constitutional and legal and needs effort and time so that the results can be of balance and consensus for all Libyans.
