Member of the House of Representatives (HoR), Rabia Aburas, confirmed Sunday, that 41 members of the HoR attended a consultative meeting yesterday in Tripoli, headed by the oldest member among them.
Aburas emphasized that arrangements are being concluded to continue such meetings in Tripoli on a regular basis.
A number of HoR members confirmed yesterday that they are seeking to hold a formal meeting through which they would elect a new president for the HoR, clarifying that the meeting will also include a strong statement on the war waged by Haftar on the western region.
