Member of the House of Representatives (HoR) for the city of Zintan western Libya, Abdulsalam Nassia said that insistence on holding parliamentary elections, without presidential elections, means continuing chaos.

"Postponing presidential elections, means insistence on the failure of state institutions, and repeating old proposals which lead us to nowhere," Nassia tweeted, in reference to not holding presidential elections in the preceding period, along with the legislative bodies elections.

"The Libyan people must know who is hindering the presidential elections, whether from the outside or internal actors," Nassia added.
