Member of the House of Representatives (HoR), Ziad Daghim said that the National Conference to be held under the auspices of the UN mission is a plan to levying rulers on Libya in concert with the international community.
"The UN mission headed by Ghassan Salame has become a project which strives to overturn against the political agreement, specifically on Article XII, which guarantees Libyans to amend the terms of the agreement through a joint committee of the HoR and the High Council of State (HCS)", Daghim explained in a statement.
