Speaker of the Tripoli-based House of Representatives (HoR), Hammouda Siyala has discussed with the Chief of the General Staff of the Libyan Army, Lieutenant General Mohamed El-Sharif, the latest developments on the battlefronts and the conditions of civilians in engagement areas.
This came during a meeting held Tuesday at the HoR HQ in Tripoli.
The meeting also touched on the future vision set by the Chief of the General Staff to develop the capabilities of the army and the supporting forces.
