The first meeting for coordination between the Tripoli-based House of Representatives and High Council of State ended Tuesday as the two councils discussed preparations for Libyan Dialogue Forum slated for November 09 in Tunisia.

The meeting aims at bringing about a shared vision of the two councils regarding the Libyan dialogue out of the importance for legislative authorities to take part in the upcoming political dialogue as per the Skhirat agreement and constitutional declaration.

The meeting discussed the mechanisms of the upcoming dialogue in Tunisia and the constants that it should preserve, stressing the need for the outcomes to be in line with the Skhirat agreement of 2015.
