The member of the High Council of State (HCS) Edriss Bufayed denounced tackling the issue of amending Libya’s constitution by the dialogue parties in Tunisia, saying that was an intervention in the work of a sovereign institution and it was illegal.

Bufayed added on Facebook that Tunisia dialogue discussed putting the constitution into a referendum after being reviewed by the Constitution Drafting Assembly (CDA) or adopt the 63 constitution with limited modifications without a referendum.

He also said that the act of the dialogue parties was illegal and would push Libya backward after the CDA could finally end the conflict points in the constitution.
