The spokesman of the Ministry of Health Amin Al-Hashemi said Monday that 14 people have been killed and 43 others wounded in the recent southern Tripoli clashes since Wednesday, adding that the casualties include civilians and military personnel.

Al-Hashemi told The Libya Observer that the statistical data was obtained from official documents of the Ministry of Health, explaining that they only concern the dead and wounded in Tripoli.

"As for the dead and wounded in the city of Tarhouna, the health officials there have refused to cooperate with us or provide the ministry with the number of casualties." He pointed out.
