The President of the High Council of State, Abdulrahman Al-Suwaheli, received on Sunday British Ambassador to Libya Frank Baker at the Council's headquarters in Tripoli.

According to the Information Office of Al-Suwaheli, Baker expressed on behalf of UK Foreign Secretary, Boris Johnson, his pleasure for his safety after escaping an attack during his visit to the mountain region, stressing the United Kingdom's condemnation of all acts of violence that fuels the conflict and undermines dialogue and peace efforts.
