The High Council of State (HCS) postponed its meeting, which was scheduled to be held yesterday, to next Monday in order to give an opportunity for informal dialogues between members of the House of Representatives (HoR) and the HCS.
The HCS head Khaled Al-Mishri revealed that informal meetings are being conducted with the President of the HoR to reach consensus on the tenth and eleventh amendments to the constitutional declaration and to overcome the legal imbalances existed.
