President of the High Council of the State (HCS), Khalid Al-Mishri has emphasized the importance of supporting the Libyan Army and the back-up troops that took part in the war against ISIS extremists in the city of Sirte.
"These same troops are now defending the capital Tripoli from the militias and the outlaws," Al-Mishri said.
His remarks came during his speech at the opening of the symposium on the reform project for Libya's defence and security institutions on Monday.
