The head of the High Council of State (HCS) Khalid Al-Mishri reaffirmed during his meeting with the German Ambassador to Libya Oliver Owcza that the most important in the upcoming UN-backed National Conference is to bind the parties with the conference's outputs.
Al-Mishri expressed the Council's keenness on the success of this forum.
He also called in the meeting held on Monday, the countries involved to help and not interfere negatively in the Libyan affairs.
For his part, the German ambassador stressed the importance of dialogue and the commitment of his country to ban the supply of arms, besides its willingness to cooperate in a number of areas, especially in the economic field.
