Member of the High Council of State (HCS) Idriss Boufayed, revealed that the HCS has frozen in its session Thursday, the timetable agreement on restructuring the executive branch with the HoR.

Boufayed clarified on Facebook that the HCS has called for a review to the reforming of the executive authority after the Palermo conference.

"The HoR is trying to mask the incapacity and failure to meet the resulting entitlements from the referendum law by accelerating the pace and scrambling in other directions," Boufayed explained, pointing out that the solution to the conflict lies within the national gathering called by the United Nations Mission in Libya.
