The High Council of State (HCS) member, Abdul Rahman Al-Shater said on Sunday that the council will hold a session today to exert pressure on the Presidential Council (PC) in order to cut ties with the countries supporting Haftar's offensive on Tripoli, including the UAE, France, Egypt, Jordan, Sudan, and Saudi Arabia.

"The Council will discuss the military situation in the capital and the bombing of the Military College which killed dozens of cadets, in addition to appointing a defence minister," Al-Shater added in a press statement on Sunday.
