A delegation from the High Council of State started an official visit to the Egyptian capital of Cairo on Tuesday as part of efforts to resolve outstanding issues in the Libyan crisis.

The official delegation, headed by the second deputy president Fawzi Aqab, is scheduled to discuss means of conciliation with the House of Representatives to reach a solution that satisfies all parties and ends the current political dispute.

Those present will also discuss the results of the meeting attended by Speaker of the House of Representatives, Aqila Saleh and the Head of the High Council of State, Khalid Al-Mishri in Morocco recently.
