The High Council of State (HCS) head Khalid al-Mishri discussed with the Governor of the Central Bank of Libya (CBL) the latest developments of the financial arrangements for 2019.

The meeting held at the CBL's HQ in Tripoli focused on the economic reforms program and means of developing them, as well as efforts to revive the economy and accelerate local development, according to the HCS Information Office.
