The Speaker of the House of Representatives (HOR) in Tripoli, Hamouda Sayala has accused Haftar of continually committing war crimes against the capital Tripoli and its citizens.
He called on the United Nations envoy, Ghassan Salame to put pressure on the relevant side, who continually refuse to adhere to the ceasefire in addition to causing disruption to ongoing discussions.
Sayala openly condemned the recent escalation by forces loyal to Haftar and called on the international community to step in and honor their responsibilities, respect the decisions laid down by the United Nation’s Security Council and to punish those who violate them.
