The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Najlaa Al-Manqoush has expressed her regret for the losses caused by the fires that broke out in the Greek forests.

This came during a phone call with her Greek counterpart, Nikos Dendias, during which Al-Manqoush expressed Libya's standing and solidarity with Greece.

The two sides also discussed the latest developments in Libya, in addition to ways to support cooperation between the two countries.

For his part, Dendias reiterated his country's full support to the Government of National Unity (GNU), to achieve security and stability in all parts of Libya, through dialogue between all Libyan parties, and to create the appropriate conditions for holding free and fair elections on scheduled date.
