Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity (GNU) for the southern region, Ramadan Abu Jinnah, met Tuesday with the First Vice President of the High Council of State (HCS) Muhammad Baqi to discuss the situation in the south.

The meeting, which was held in the presence of the HCS southern representatives touched upon a range of issues, with a focus on sectoral problems related to various infrastructure facilities and services and the possible actions to overcome them.

Members of the HCS praised the efforts of the Deputy Prime Minister, stressing the importance of cooperation to ensure the delivery of services relevant to the people's needs.
