President of the Arab and International Criminal Police Office, Brigadier General Abdel Hamid Al-Ghazali, held discussions, at his office, on Monday, with the head of the Passports, Nationality and Foreigners Affairs Department, Brigadier General Jum'aa Ghariba regarding security measures at entry points and borders.

During the meeting, the officials agreed to activate the Interpol system to track down wanted persons at all outlets in the western regions, including Mitiga Airport, Misurata Airport, and the Libyan-Tunisian crossing borders of Ras Ijder and Dhehiba.

The Control Department of the Passports, Nationality and Foreigners Affairs Department will receive the special devices to operate the system tomorrow, in preparation to operate them immediately after the reopening of these outlets, according to the Interior Ministry.
